Recapture of Prior Year Credits
Use this field to enter the recaptured amount.
Credit Number
Use this field to enter the credit number. The credit number is the form number used to calculate the credit.
Credit Description
Use this field to enter the credit description. In some cases there is not enough room to enter in the whole name of the credit being recaptured. Abbreviate the credit name using key words in the description so the state can determine which credit is being recaptured if the credit number is missing.
