Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code
Taxable entity or combined group activity-specific SIC code
The report year of a report and the entity’s SIC code determines the tax rate. Some SIC codes may require responses to 3 questions to determine whether an entity qualifies for the reduced tax rate. The 1st question for each SIC code is different, the 2nd and 3rd questions are the same for each code.
