Screen VTPOA - Vermont Power of Attorney (1040)
Overview
Use this screen to enter the general, representative/appointee, and tax matters information for the designation of a representative for specific tax matters or to revoke a designation. When a federal power of attorney has been completed, UltraTax CS defaults to the federal entries for fields identified as force fields. When filing status is joint, a taxpayer and spouse power of attorney will be created.
Appointee Information
Use this section to enter representative information if different from the POA federal screen. The fields can be replaced on a field-by-field basis.
Tax Matters Information
Use this section to enter the type of tax, tax form number, year or period, specific tax matters or other additions or deletions to authorized acts for which the designated representative has authority.
