General Information

Use this section to enter general information for part-year residents and nonresidents.
Nonresident aliens
For nonresidents only:

if return is married filing joint, and one spouse is a nonresident alien and the other spouse is either a U.S. citizen or a resident alien. This will unmark the
Aliens
box, and the standard deduction amount will populate.

Reciprocal State Information

Use this section to indicate the reciprocal state or to report Wisconsin wages earned while residing in a nonreciprocal state.
Pension subtraction and lump-sum addition
Enter any lump sum distribution received during the period of residence in Wisconsin. Also, use this field to adjust for allowable pension subtractions. Note that you will need to enter pension subtractions as negative numbers. Amounts entered here adjust Form 1NPR, column B.

In the statement window, enter any Wisconsin income additions or modifications required for Form 1NPR, Page 1, line 15, column B.
