Organizer Options

Due date to return completed Organizer
The organizer cover letter lists this date by default. If you do not want to include this date on the organizer cover letter, choose the Setup, 1041 Fiduciary, Organizer tab, select the Letters & Emails button, then the Custom Paragraph tab, and clear the
Organizer Due Date
checkbox.
Include detail in Organizer
The business organizer generates a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet containing beneficiary information, sources of prior-year income and rental income, and expense detail. You can clear these boxes to exclude specific information from the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet does not generate if all these boxes are cleared.
Organizer delivery method used
This field is for informational purposes only. The field displays the last delivery method that was used to print this client's organizer by going to File then Print Organizers.

Cover Letter and Questionnaire

Custom Organizer Cover Letter number
This field is only available after you’ve created a custom organizer cover letter. To create a custom organizer, choose Setup then 1041 Fiduciary, select the Organizer tab, and choose the Letters & Emails button.
Custom Organizer Questionnaire number
This field is only available after you’ve created a custom organizer questionnaire. To create a custom organizer questionnaire, choose Setup, 1041 Fiduciary, select the Organizer tab, then the Questionnaire button.
Custom Paragraphs
Use this field to choose a custom paragraph to print on the organizer cover letter. To create a custom paragraph, choose Setup, 1041 Fiduciary, Organizer tab, then select the Letters & Emails button.

Miscellaneous Variables

Use these fields to define miscellaneous text variables.
