Fiduciary Income Tax Information

Use the federal ELF screen to select electronic filing for all of your client’s 1041 federal, state and local returns. Review state diagnostic messages for state-specific requirements and limitations when filing electronically. See the tate electronic filing guide for information on which returns and attachments are supported.
Suppress electronic file when filing federal return or extension electronically
You can suppress the state return here or on the federal ELF screen. If you suppress the return on the federal screen and have multiple states attached that accept electronic returns, the state electronic files won't be created.
Form IL-1041 requested payment date (Mandatory if using the EFW method)
To authorize electronic funds withdrawal for payment of a balance due return and include payment information in the electronic file, enter a date on or before the due date of the return. If you leave this field blank, the payment information isn't part of the electronic file.
