Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code
Taxable entity or combined group activity-specific SIC code
The report year of a report and the entity’s SIC code determines the tax rate. Some SIC codes may require responses to three questions to determine whether an entity qualifies for the reduced tax rate. When the question is required, the first question for each SIC code is different. The second and third questions are the same for each SIC code.
