To deduct state tax payments on the federal return, enter those payments on the federal StPmt screen. Form 2, line 17 and Schedule A, line 3 includes the amounts you enter with postal code WI.

When you prepare an extension, the calculated payment amount is shown on the extension voucher, box, and return. Alternatively, you can enter the actual amount paid with the current-year extension to overrule the calculated amount.
