Configure clients to receive email notifications on a client-by-client basis

Follow these steps to configure clients to receive email notifications on a client-by-client basis for accepted federal and state partnership returns filed electronically.
  1. Complete the
    Email address of partnership representative
    field in the Contact screen in the General folder. UltraTax CS will send the acceptance notification to the email address entered in this field.
  2. Select
    1
    (Return) or
    2
    (Return / Ext) in the
    Email notification when efile is accepted by taxing agency
    field of the ELF screen in the Electronic Filing folder.
