Use this window to apply a specific percentage of the
Total
column to a selected ownership period in the Interim Closing Annualization
window.To open the
Apply Percentage
window, select Edit
, then Apply Percentage
in the Interim Closing Annualization

Enter the percentage of the
Total
column that you want to apply to the ownership period you select in the Ownership period
field. UltraTax CS multiplies the percent entered in this field by the amount in the Total
column for all items and enters the calculated amounts in the selected ownership period.Ownership period
Select the ownership period you want UltraTax CS to calculate using the percent entered in the
Apply percent to total
field and the amount in the Total
column.note
If an amount already exists in any field in the specified ownership period, you'll be prompted to either replace the entered amounts with the UltraTax CS-calculated amounts or to skip fields with data entry and apply the percent only to empty fields.
