Partner Data Entry > Select Partners dialog
Use this dialog to select the partners you want to include in the selected partner report.
To open the Select Partners dialog, choose File and then Print Reports from any of the Partner Data Entry windows, and select the Partners button.

The Partners button is not enabled if you select the
Custom allocation schemes
or Defaulting allocation schemes
options in the Print what group box in the Print Reports dialog.Fields & buttons
Partners available to print
Lists all partners who meet the criteria designated in the Focus group box. Highlight the partners you want to include in the report, and select the Select button to move those partners to the Partners to print pane on the right.

Tip:
To sort the partner listing by partner number, partner name, entity, resident state postal code, or type, select #, Partner Name, Ent, ST, or Type in the title bar of the list pane.Partners to print
Lists the partners you select to include in the report.

- To remove a partner from this list, select the partner and select the Remove button. The partner moves to the Partners available to print pane on the left.

Focus group box
Entity
Select an entity from the drop-down list to limit the partners displayed in the Partners available to print pane to a specific entity.
Partner type
Select a type from the drop-down list to limit the partners displayed in the Partners available to print pane to a specific partner type.
Resident state
Select a state from the drop-down list to limit the partners displayed in the Partners available to print pane to a specific resident state.
