Use the state tabs in the Partner Information window in Partner Data Entry to enter state-specific information for partners. State tabs appear only if you have added states to the return.
To update a partner's state-specific information, select that partner in the Partner Information window, then select the appropriate state tab.

Pennsylvania information group box
Exempt from withholding
Mark this checkbox to exempt this partner from the calculation of nonresident withholding.
Spouse's SSN
Enter the spouse's Social Security number when both spouses are listed as partners. This field is available only for individual partners.
Phone number
Enter the partner's phone number to be used on Schedule RK-1 and Schedule NRK-1.
RCT-101 filed
Mark this checkbox if the partner has filed Form RCT-101.
LLC entity
Mark this checkbox if the partner is an LLC.
Bank/Financial institution
Mark this checkbox if the partner is a bank or financial institution.
Insurance company
Mark this checkbox if the partner is an insurance company.
PA C corporation
Mark this checkbox if the partner is a Pennsylvania C Corporation.
Revenue ID
Enter the corporation's Revenue ID. UltraTax CS uses this information on Form PA-65 Corporation if it applies to the partnership.

Complete corp tax withholding
Mark this checkbox to complete corporate partner withholding on Form PA-65, Schedule CP.

This field is available only to corporate partners.
Date became partner (if different than date business began)
Enter the date the corporation became a partner. The date in this field is used on Form PA-65, Schedule CP. If you do not complete this field, UltraTax CS defaults to the date the partnership began.
