Supplemental Items
Description
Enter descriptions up to one line long. For more space, access the statements by pressing CTRL+E. The application uses these descriptions to generate a statement item in the appropriate schedule as indicated by the Prt Cdn code. The descriptions appear on Schedule K-1, Other information and/or on a schedule attached to Schedule K, Other items and amounts.

To allocate a description to specific partners when there is no amount associated with the description, select the Ptr Alloc button then mark the
Specially allocate
checkbox and select the Percentage
option in the Allocation scheme group box.Amount
Enter an amount as appropriate. Amounts you enter in the statement for the
Description
field do not transfer back to the Amount
field.Specially Allocate?
Select the Ptr Alloc button to specially allocate an item to the partners using ratios different from the profit-sharing percentages.
Prt Cdn
You have the option to include the item on Schedule K, Other items and amounts and/or on Schedule K-1, Other information. By default, the item prints in both schedules.
