Overview
Use this screen to enter and/or verify information necessary to complete the District of Columbia version of the federal Form 4562 when detailed asset data entry is not used. All depreciation and amortization information transfers directly to this screen from the federal 4562 screen.

- To override depreciation and/or amortization amounts on the state version of Form 4562, enter the information in this screen.
- When detailed asset data entry is not used, depreciation information must be entered in this screen to provide the depreciation or amortization amounts for the state version of Form 4562.
