Overview

Suppress Delaware return electronic file when filing federal return electronically
Use this field to suppress the Delaware electronic file when filing the federal return or extension electronically. This feature is also available in the federal ELF screen. If used in the federal screen and if there are multiple states attached that accept electronic returns, UltraTax CS does not create any electronic state files. This feature is also a global federal setting for new clients available in the New Client Options. Go to
Setup
and select
1065 Partnership
. On the Federal tab, select
New Client Options
.
Signature date of partner signing return
Enter the date Form 300 or Form 200-C is signed by the partnership representative. If this field is blank, UltraTax CS uses the signature date of partner signing the return in the federal ELF screen for Form 300 or Form 200-C and as the date signed in Delaware electronic file. Enter a date here if the federal return is not being filed electronically or the Delaware signature date is different than the federal.

When Form 8879 (etc.) signature date(s) (Preparer and/or Client) are not entered: use current date
