Partnership Return Information
Suppress K-120S electronic file when filing federal return electronically
Use this box to suppress the Kansas partnership return electronic file when filing the federal return electronically. State electronic files can also be suppressed in the federal ELF screen. If used in the federal screen, and if there are multiple states attached that accept electronic returns, UltraTax CS doesn't create any electronic state files.
This feature is also a global federal setting for new clients, available in the New Client window. Select Setup, then 1065 Partnership. In the Federal tab, select New Client Options.
Annual Report Information
Suppress Annual Report electronic file
Use this box to suppress the Kansas Annual Report electronic file when filing the federal, KS partnership, or Kansas composite returns electronically. State electronic files can also be suppressed in the federal ELF screen. If used in the federal screen, and if there are multiple states attached that accept electronic returns, UltraTax CS doesn't create any electronic state files.

Notification emails
Enter up to three email addresses of individuals who will be notified when the electronic filing of the Annual Report is accepted by the State of Kansas. Individuals will also be contacted with subsequent amendments and notices related to this business entity.
