Forms IT-399 and NYC-399 Adjustments

Computation of allowable NY depreciation / Disposition adjustments
If there are assets in detailed asset data entry that have an ACRS / MACRS code in the
Tax
column but not in the
State
column, depreciation and disposition information for those assets transfers to the
Computation of allowable NY depreciation
and
Disposition adjustments
statements.
If asset data isn't entered in detailed asset data entry, then enter depreciation and disposition adjustment information in the statements attached to the
Computation of allowable NY depreciation
and
Disposition adjustments
boxes. UltraTax CS uses the information to calculate Form IT-399, Parts 1 and 2, and Form NYC-399, Schedules A and B.
