Franchise Tax Exemption

Reason for request
Use the fieldview to select the appropriate code section for exemption. This field is mandatory and will suppress the printing of the FAE 170 Franchise and Excise tax return and related schedules.
Effective date of registration
Enter the effective date of registration of the franchise tax exemption. If this field is blank, UltraTax CS assumes this is the same date as the date entered in the Start field for Form FAE 183.
Entity name / Physical location address
Enter name and physical location of the entity. If this field is blank, UltraTax CS assumes this is the same name and address used on the federal return for Form FAE 183.
Entity mailing address
Enter the mailing address of the entity. If this field is blank, UltraTax CS uses the address in the physical location field for Form FAE 183.
