e-file error - EFIN in the State Submission Manifest must be approved and present in the e-File database: 1065 Virginia (VA)
STATE-903: Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) in the State Submission Manifest needs to be approved and present in the e-File database.
Preparer needs to be registered with and be accepted by the IRS as an Electronic Return Originator (ERO). The acceptance by the IRS as an ERO automatically qualifies to e-File VA returns.
