Enter apportionment data for city or other returns

Follow these steps to enter apportionment data for city or other returns.
  1. Select
    View
    , then
    Apportionment
    .
  2. Enter the state apportionment information.
  3. Select
    Cities and other returns
    in the state tab.
  4. Select the
    Property
    ,
    Payroll
    , or
    Sales
    tab and enter apportionment information in the city or other return column for the selected factor.
  5. If the city or other return needs more information that you can't enter into the Apportionment spreadsheet, use the city or other returns tab. If the city or other returns don't need more information, no city or other returns tab displays in this window.
  6. If the state in which the city is located is apportioned 100 percent in-state, you need to enter the city's everywhere amounts in the respective state column of the main Apportionment spreadsheet.
  7. Repeat steps 4 through 6 to complete the data entry for the remaining factors.
