Combine amounts for a C or S Corporation consolidated return

In addition to the group member amounts that UltraTax CS automatically combines, you can select more amounts to combine for a consolidated return. Follow these steps to select the items to combine for group members in the consolidated return.
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    New Client
    , or
    File
    , then
    Client Properties
    , and select
    Advanced Properties
    .
  2. Select the
    Options
    tab.
  3. Mark the checkbox for each item you want to combine for the consolidated return.
    note
    For categories not marked, enter the data in the screens for the consolidated return.
  4. Select
    OK
    .
