Overview
Use this screen to complete a ruling request to adopt, change, or retain a tax year.
Ruling Request
Taxable income (loss) immediately preceding the year of change
If this is an S Corporation return, enter ordinary income. If this is a return for a section 501(c) organization, enter unrelated business taxable income. All other applicants should enter taxable income before net operating loss deduction and special deductions.
