Appointment Information

Use the fields provided to enter the current-year appointment date, time, and duration for the client. Enter time in HH:MM format. If the data entered cannot be interpreted, the application will default to 8:30 AM.

Use the fields provided to enter next year’s appointment date and time for the client. This information will proforma to the following year’s Appointment date, time and duration fields. Enter time in the HH:MM format. If the data entered cannot be interpreted, the application will default to 8:30 AM.
Use this field to enter information relevant to the appointment.

Organizer Options

The application includes this date on the organizer cover letter by default when you select the Organizer due date custom paragraph for the client. If you want to have the same date used for all 1120 clients enter the date in the
Due date to return completed Organizer
field in the Setup, 1120 Corporation, and then Organizer Tab.
The Spreadsheet refers to an Excel spreadsheet generated for 1120 Business Organizer clients, and includes tabs for shareholder information, officer information, financial activity, asset purchases and sales and the employee health insurance credit.
Select the desired code to modify the display conditions of the tabs in the Excel spreadsheet for the current client. The options selected proforma to the following year.

Changes made to the spreadsheet display options in the Setup, 1120 Corporation, Organizer, and then Spreadsheet Options dialog applies to new clients subsequently added to the application.
This field is for informational purposes only. The field displays what delivery method was selected for the Business Organizer in File and then Print Organizers.

Cover Letter and Questionnaire

If you make an entry in this field, the application prints the organizer cover letter you indicated rather than printing the default Business Organizer cover letter.
If you make an entry in this field, the application prints the organizer questionnaire that you indicated rather than printing the default Business Organizer questionnaire.

Miscellaneous Variables

Use the fields in this section to define miscellaneous text variables. Use these variables in segments of the Business Organizer letters when UltraTax CS does not provide the desired variable. Enter the text you want to use for the miscellaneous variables in these fields.
