fields on the IDB/IRB property (at cost) line on Form 20C, Page 3 or Form 20S, Page 3. This is property financed through industrial development boards or by industrial revenue bonds issued by municipalities. All Industrial Development Board property utilized by the taxpayer should be reported at its original cost basis.Government property (at FMV)
UltraTax CS transfers the information you enter in these fields to the
Alabama
and Everywhere
fields on the Government property (at FMV) line on Form 20C, Page 3 or Form 20S, Page 3. All government property (whether local, state, or federal), when made available for use by the taxpayer, should be reported at its current fair market value.
