The amounts you enter here are subtracted from the amounts entered in the Property spreadsheet when UltraTax CS transfers those amounts to the End of taxable year fields on Form 83-125 or Form 84–125.
General and administrative property rented: Rent — annual expense
The amounts you enter here are subtracted from the amounts entered in the Property spreadsheet when UltraTax CS transfers those amounts to the Rental property fields on Form 83-125 or Form 84–125.
