Private Delivery Information

Corporate / Extension / Estimates private delivery service address
Enter X to print Arizona’s private delivery service address in return, extension, or estimate filing instructions and mailing slipsheets.

Custom Paragraphs

Number
Enter the paragraph number that corresponds to the custom paragraph required in the client’s documents for this client or select an available paragraph from the dropdown list. An entry in these fields prints the selected paragraph in the client’s document.

Elections
