Corporate private delivery service address
Use this to print California’s private delivery service address on corporate return filing instructions and mailing slipsheets. This only applies to the corporate return, and not to composite or withholding returns of S Corporations.
Extension private delivery service address
Use this to print California’s private delivery service address on extension filing instructions. This only applies to corporate return extensions, and not to extensions for composite returns of S Corporations.
Estimate private delivery service address
Use this to print California’s private delivery service address on estimate filing instructions. This only applies to corporate return estimates, and not to estimates for composite returns of S Corporations.
Custom Paragraphs
Number
Enter the paragraph number that corresponds to the custom paragraph required in the client documents for this client or select one from the dropdown. An entry in these boxes prints the selected paragraph in the client document.

To create custom paragraphs, select Setup, 1120 Corporation, the California tab, then select Filing Instructions or Letter Insert and go to the Custom Paragraphs tab. For additional information, see Client documents overview.
Elections
Use this section to select election statements to be attached to the client’s return. Statements are created by selecting Setup, 1120 Corporation, the California tab, then Tax Elections. The application comes with several blank state election statements that can be customized for your specific needs. For additional information, see Editing or creating tax elections.
Number
Enter the election number that corresponds to the election statement required for this client. The application prints up to three election statements with the return. Enter an election number directly or select one from the dropdown.
