General Information

Suppress Iowa electronic file when filing federal return or extension electronically
If this field is marked, the application creates the federal electronic file only and suppresses the Iowa electronic file.

Electronic funds withdrawal for balance due returns (C Corp): Requested payment date
Enter a date that is on or before the due date of the return to authorize automatic funds withdrawal for payment of a balance due return. For returns transmitted after the due date, the payment date must be the same as the date the return is transmitted. If this field is blank, the application does not generate a payment record.

To instruct the client to pay by electronic funds transfer instead of electronic withdrawal, leave this field blank and mark the

Electronic funds withdrawal for balance due returns (C Corp): Amount of tax payment (Force)
Enter an amount if only a partial payment of the return balance due is being made through electronic funds withdrawal. If this field is blank, the application uses the total balance due on the return for the electronic funds withdrawal amount.

Estimate Information (C Corp)

Electronic funds withdrawal for Form 1120 ES estimated payments
If this field is marked, the application generates an electronic funds withdrawal payment in the 1120 Iowa electronic file for all applicable Form 1120 ES vouchers that are marked to print and have an amount greater than zero. Enter estimate information in Screen IAEst.

Withdrawal dates for 1120ES, if different from estimate due dates: 1st payment - 4th payment
Enter a date earlier than the quarterly due date for the electronic funds withdrawal of the respective quarter’s Form 1120 ES estimate amount. If a field is blank, the application uses the quarterly due date of the estimate.
