If the assigned credit or contributions made prior to 12/31/1997 boxes are marked, the credit is nonrefundable and won't be included in the amount on Form K-120, Page 3, line 13; or Form K-130, Page 3, line 6. The application transfers the refundable amount on Schedule K-60, line 10 to Form K-120, Page 3, line 33; or Form K-130, Page 2, line 29.
