The data entered in these fields is reported in a statement for Schedule K, line 18 and/or Schedule K-1, line 18. A statement is provided for all items entered.
Amount
Based on the location code entered in the
Loc
field, the application transfers the amount entered in one of these fields to either Schedule K or Schedule K-1. If an item transfers to Schedule K-1, the application allocates the amount to all shareholders based upon the shareholder’s percentage of ownership. If an item needs to be specifically allocated to one shareholder, or the item is not allocated on a pro-rata basis, then enter that item in Shareholder Information.Loc
