Enter the credit form number or select one of the available codes from the dropdown. The NYSTRTUP screen is a multiple unit screen. Add a new screen for each credit form. Select
Base
and all data entry fields are enabled in this screen; select CT-638
, and only CT-638 related fields are enabled. The forms calculated with this screen are listed in the following table.Code | Description |

, only Form CT-638 related data transfers from the base screen to the CT-638 screen. If you change the base screen data at a later time and want the new data to transfer to the CT-638 screen, remove the X
