General Information

Date return filed, if different from original due date
Enter the date the return is filed. If left blank, it defaults to the original due date of the return. If the date entered is later than the original return due date, the application calculates the penalty for failure to pay, and the interest on the underpayment.

Use this field to customize the date due in the filing instruction inserts. Enter the date you want to appear in the filing instruction inserts, and then insert the variable

in the filing instruction inserts. If this field is blank, the date defaults to the due date of the return (original or extended).
Waiver requested: Explanation of waiver, if different from 100% of underpayment penalty
In the statement window, enter the explanation for requesting a waiver of the
Form SC2210
penalty.
Waiver requested: Amount
Enter the amount of the waiver requested. The application limits the amount to the calculated penalty. If this field is blank, the entire amount of underpayment penalty will be treated as waived.
SC withholding as actually withheld: 1st - 4th quarter
To have South Carolina withholding credited as actually withheld, enter the amount of South Carolina income tax withheld from all sources for each quarter. The amounts entered in this field transfer to
Form SC2210
.
