Payment voucher Form 05-170 won't print in the following situations:

When the tax due is less than $1,000, so no payment is needed.

If the total revenue amount is under the no tax due threshold, even if the tax due is more than $1,000, no payment is needed.

If you're filing the Franchise Tax Report electronically and making the payment by electronic file withdrawal or electronic funds transfer.

If you're filing the Franchise Tax Report on paper and making the payment by electronic funds transfer.
