Code	Result
1	New mailing address. If this is selected, the application uses the address entered on the federal 1120 screen as the new mailing address, enter the old mailing address in the applicable fields.
2	Old mailing address. If this is selected, the application uses the address entered on the federal 1120 screen as the old mailing address, enter the new mailing address in the applicable fields.
3	New physical address. If this is selected, the application uses the address entered on the federal 1120 screen as the new physical address, enter the old physical address in the applicable fields.
4	Old physical address. If this is selected, the application uses the address entered on the federal 1120 screen as the old physical address, enter the new location address in the applicable fields.
5	New mailing address and new physical address. If this is selected, the application uses the address entered on the federal 1120 screen for both the new mailing and new physical addresses. Enter the old mailing and physical addresses in the applicable fields.
