Treat mailing address on Screen 990/990PF as
The code options in this box instruct how to treat the mailing address in the 990 or 990PF screen.
Organization does not meet definition of exempt
Mark this checkbox to indicate that the change of address that you are reporting does not originate from an exempt organization.
Form 8822 service center
When you report a change of address, the state postal code from the old mailing address determines the center where you should mail Form 8822-B. This produces the filing instructions.
Old mailing address
Complete these boxes if you have entered the new mailing address in the 990 screen. If the old mailing address is entered in the 990 screen, leave these blank.
New mailing address
Complete these boxes if you have entered the new mailing address in the 990 screen. If the old mailing address is entered in the 990 screen, leave these blank.
New business location
Complete these boxes to report a new business location if it is different from the mailing address the 990 screen. If your new business mailing address is entered in the 990 screen, leave these blank.
Treat officer as new responsible party
Mark this checkbox to indicate that reporting the change of responsible party is required. 990 uses the officer designated as the Principal Officer, 990-PF uses the signature officer indicated in the Officer information window.
New responsible party name
Complete this box to report a change of responsible party. Reporting is required. If you have marked the
Treat Officer
checkbox, leave this blank and complete information in the Officer window.
