Screen 114 - Report of Foreign Bank Accounts (FBAR) (990)

FinCEN Form 114 - General Information

You'll have to report each financial account, including bank, securities, or other types of financial accounts in a foreign country in which the corporation has a financial interest or signature authority when the aggregate value of all accounts exceeds $10,000. Use one unit of the screen for each foreign account.
Number of foreign accounts, if 25 or more (Force)
This information overrides the number of foreign accounts on Screen 114-2. If the number of foreign accounts is 25 or more, Parts II and III are not required. If you maintain the records of foreign accounts, enter how many there are here and leave the account information boxes in the Financial Account Information section in Screen 114-2 blank.
Number of accounts filer has signature authority over, if 25 or more (Force)
The information you enter here overrides the number of foreign accounts counted on Screen 114-2. If the number of accounts is 25 or more, the application only complete lines 34 through 43 in Part IV.
Complete Part II and III if more than 25 foreign accounts
If the number of foreign accounts is 25 or more, FinCEN Form 114, Parts II and III are not required. Enter

If you mark this box then FinCEN Form 114a does not print, and the filing instructions print a segment stating the form has already been signed and returned. No further action is required.

BSA Identifier (required to amend a previously electronically filed form)
Enter the BSA Identifier that was sent to you when you electronically filed the FinCEN Form 114. This automatically updates when the electronic file is transmitted and accepted via CS Connect. You need the BSA Identifier to amend a Form 114 that you previously electronically filed.
