Beginning inventory
and Ending inventory
boxes are blank and you enter amounts in any of the other boxes in the Cost of Goods Sold section, the beginning and ending inventory amounts will default to zero.Program Service Accomplishments
Use this section to allocate the program service expenses entered in the Directly Related Expenses section in the Event-3 screen to the first through third program service achievement tiers.

UltraTax CS automatically enters the total amounts entered as Program Service Expenses in the read-only

box. As you enter amounts in the First
, Second
, and/or Third
boxes, UltraTax CS automatically subtracts these amounts from the amount in the All other
box, keeping the program service expenses tied to the total amounts entered in the Directly Related Expenses section in the Event-3 screen. All amounts shown in this section print on Forms 990 and 990-EZ, Part III as required.note
Enter amounts in the

as positive amounts. If the total amounts from these boxes exceed the Program Service Expenses entered on the Event-3 screen, the amount in the All other
box will be negative because the amount allocated exceeds the actual expense.
