Schedule B - Undistributed Income: Undistributed income as of the end of the first preceding year (Force)
The application uses the amount of undistributed income you enter on the Undist screen in the 990-PF folder. Enter the amount subject to tax if you’re applying the provisions of section 4942(a)(2) to some, but not all, of the prior years with undistributed income.
Schedule D - Investments that jeopardize charitable purpose
If you answered Yes to question 4a or 4b of Form 990-PF, Part VII-B, complete this statement. An investment is not taxed on this schedule if the primary purpose is one or more of those described in section 170(c)(2)(B) such as religious, charitable or educational.
Schedule F - Political expenditures
Examples of political expenditures include: remuneration to the candidate or prospective candidate for speeches or other services; travel expenses of the individual; and any other expense which has the primary effect of promoting public recognition or otherwise primarily accruing to the benefit of the individual.
Schedule I - Excess benefit transactions
A disqualified person according to Schedule I is: any person in a position to exercise substantial influence over the affairs of the organization; a disqualified person’s spouse, ancestor, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and brothers and sisters (or any of their spouses); or a 35-percent controlled entity.
Schedule N – Tax on excess executive compensation
Balloon payments and golden parachutes over certain limits have reporting requirements on Form 990 and 990PF. Entry on this statement will calculate the tax and answer the question on Forms 990 and 990PF as affecting the organization.
Schedule O – Tax on investments for private colleges and universities
Investments that are taxable over certain limits for private universities have reporting requirements on Form 990. Entry on this statement will calculate the tax and answer the question on Forms 990 as affecting the organization.
