 in the appropriate field if the state requires the client to make payments via EFT. This is not determined automatically.

Custom Paragraphs

Create custom paragraphs by choosing Setup, 990 Exempt Organizations, Arizona tab, and then Filing Instructions, Instructions Insert, or Letter Insert button as applicable, then select the Custom Paragraphs tab. If you selected a custom paragraph globally, it does not appear in the list of paragraphs available.
Number
Select a paragraph number from the
Number
 field that corresponds to the custom paragraph you want to use for this client. Up to three custom paragraphs print on the client documents. The
Description
 field updates automatically with the custom paragraph description associated with the selection you made in the
Number
 field.

Elections

Create statements by choosing Setup, 990 Exempt Organizations, Arizona tab, and then Tax Elections. UltraTax/990-AZ comes with a blank election statement that you can customize as many times as necessary for specific needs.
Number
Select an election number from the
Number
 field that corresponds to the client’s required election statement. The
Description
 field updates automatically with the election statement description associated with the selection you made in the
Number
 field.
