Create custom paragraphs by choosing Setup, 990 Exempt Organizations, California tab, and the Filing Instructions, Instructions Insert, or Letter Insert button as applicable, then choose the Custom Paragraphs tab. If you selected a custom paragraph globally, it does not appear in the list of paragraphs available.

Create statements by choosing Setup, 990 Exempt Organizations, California tab, and the Tax Elections. UltraTax/990-CA comes with a blank election statement that you can customize as many times as necessary for specific needs.
