Unrelated business taxable income or loss (Force)
This amount transfers automatically from federal Form 990-T. Use this field to force the unrelated business taxable income or loss.
Complete step 3, income allocable to Illinois

Compassionate medical cannabis pilot surcharge
Enter the tax surcharge. L. 2013, H1 (P.A. 98-0122), effective 01/01/2014, created the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act, and provides that, for each of the taxable years during the Program, a surcharge is imposed on all income. The Act was repealed four years after its effective date.
