Suppress Virginia electronic file when filing federal return electronically

If you are not using the federal PIN signature method, enter the taxpayer’s PIN Number. Enter any five digits except 00000. The PIN does not proforma from year to year as it is the equivalent of an electronic signature. This is in accordance with the IRS procedural steps that participating PIN program practitioners must follow.
ERO PIN
If you are not using the federal PIN signature method, enter the preparer PIN. Enter any five digits except 00000. The PIN does not proforma from year-to-year as it is the equivalent of an electronic signature. This is in accordance with the IRS procedural steps that participating PIN program practitioners must follow.
Print Form VA-8879 prior to creating the electronic file
