Client Summary Information > Graph Summary tab

In the asset module, use this tab to view a summary graph of the open client's assets. You can customize the graph to suit your needs.
To open this tab, open the Asset List window, select Tasks, Display Summary Information, then select the Graph Summary tab.

Fields and buttons

Select whether you want to base the graph on the current activity or all activities.
  • [Current Activity] -
    Select this to display summary information only for the open client's current activity.
  • All Activities -
    Select this to display summary information for all of the open client's activities.
Select the treatment for which you want to view summary information.
Select one of the following to analyze the client's data for either the current activity or all activities and for the treatment chosen.
  • Number of assets -
    Select this to view a graph detailing the client's asset information based on the number of assets.
  • Cost/basis -
    Select this to view a graph detailing the client's asset information based on the cost/basis of their assets.
  • Current depreciation -
    Select this to view a graph detailing the client's asset information based on the current depreciation of the client's assets.
Select the association (group, location, property type, division, activity, or any custom association that maintains a list) for which you want the application to analyze the client's asset information.

Based on the choices you make in this window, the graph shows summary information for the following items.
  • The [Current Activity] or all activities
  • The treatment chosen in
    Treatment
    .
  • The number of assets, cost/basis, or current depreciation
The colored sections of the graph are broken down by activities or the type of association you chose in
