Change paragraph indentation and alignment
Follow these steps to change the paragraph indentation and alignment in a client's document.
- Open the document'sDocument Editingwindow.
- Place your cursor in the paragraph you want to format.tipDouble-click to select a word, click 3 times to select a paragraph, or use CTRL+A to select the entire document.
- SelectFormatthenParagraph.
- Format the paragraph. You can change the indentation (in inches) from the left or right margins, or you can indent the 1st line of the paragraph. You can also change the alignment of the paragraph.
- SelectOK.noteTo change the margins in a document, select the entire document (use CTRL+A) and change the left and right indentation.
