The Data Mining process
- What type of clients are you searching for? Use the information to define and select the search criteria.
- Am you searching for clients whose data includes a specific range of calculated amounts, numbers, or dates? If yes, you can define the calculated search criterion.
- Are you searching for clients whose data includes specific input screen field entries in UltraTax CS? If yes, you can define the input screen search criterion.
- Are you searching for at least 2 types of clients who have some kind of data in common? If yes, you can select the criteria and edit relationships in the search formula.

- Calculated values criteria.
- Input screen field criteria.
- State Attachment.
- Return type criteria.
- Client status criteria.
- Print selected reports and/or letters for all clients who passed the search.
- Send the letters and reports to FileCabinet CS.
- Create Web/eSignatures (for certain letters).
- Send the selected letters by email to all clients who passed the search.
- Generate and print mailing labels.
- Enter email addresses for client letters.
- Edit the email greeting.
- Export client data to a file for use in another application, such as a word processing, spreadsheet, or database application.
