Specify or modify the BNA data drive or path

Follow these steps to specify or modify the drive or path where the UltraTax/1040 client's data will export to BNA. Your drive and path specifications apply to all UltraTax/1040 clients.
You'll need to take these steps if either of the following apply:
  • This is your first export of data to BNA.
  • BNA client data location
    in the
    BNA Export
    window is wrong.
You don't need to update the BNA client data location after the first-time setup. However, if you want to export UltraTax/1040 client data to a different directory or to a different disk drive, you'll need to update the BNA client data location.
  1. Select
    Utilities
    ,
    Third Party
    , then
    BNA (Export)
    .
  2. Select
    Change Path
    .
  3. Select
    Other
    .
  4. Select the
    Modify Location
    button.
  5. Select
    BNA client data
    in the list.
  6. Select the drive and path, then
    OK
    .
  7. Select
    OK
    again.
