Integrate with CS Suite

Export UltraTax CS client information to Accounting CS or Workpapers CS

You can send a list of all UltraTax CS clients to Accounting CS or Workpapers CS, then import the list into the accounting application and update your client database.
The list includes the UltraTax CS client ID, SSN/EIN, name, and address for each client.
  1. In UltraTax CS:
  2. Select
    Help
    , then
    Repair
    .
  3. Select the
    Misc
     tab.
  4. Mark the
    CS Accounting Products
     checkbox in the Populate CS Applications group box, then select
    Populate
    .
    This will send the UltraTax CS client information to Accounting CS or Workpapers CS.
  5. In Accounting CS or Workpapers CS:
  6. Select
    File
     then
    Import
    .
  7. Select
    Populate Clients from UtraTax CS
    .
  8. Select an entity, a single client, or multiple clients.
    note
    • Existing clients with the same ID in both Accounting CS/Workpapers CS and UltraTax CS aren't displayed in the
      Client Selection
       screen of the wizard.
    • You can print an import summary from the last screen of the wizard.
