Data missing in
Organizer

Organizer
pages won't print if you have options selected that block them or haven't proforma'd your client.
If there's missing data in the
Organizer
, check the following:
  1. Select
    Setup
    1040 Individual
    Organizer
    Modify
    in the
    Organizer presentation options
    area. If either option is selected, data that doesn’t meet
    Lite Organizer
    criteria won’t print.
  2. To print the
    Lite Organizer
    plus other pages that don’t meet the
    Lite Organizer
    criteria in
    Classic Organizer
    format:
    1. Clear
      Force Lite pages even when client does not meet Lite criteria
      .
    2. Select
      Lite Client Organizer pages plus other pages in classic format
      .
  3. If data is still missing when you print:
    1. Check if the missing forms are set to
      Never
      print. Select
      Setup
      1040 Individual
      Organizer
      Collation
      to look at the
      Organizer
      print collations.
    2. Make sure the client data is proforma'd.
