Do the following to email an
Organizer
to both a taxpayer and a spouse:
  1. Open the client.
  2. On the
    Contact
    screen in the
    General
    folder, enter both the taxpayer's and spouse's email.
  3. Select
    Setup
    then
    Client Communications
    .
  4. Go to the
    Email To
    column and select
    Both
    .
  5. Email your
    Organizer
    as usual by selecting
    File
    then
    Print Organizers
    .
