Overview

Use this screen to enter general, representative / appointee, and tax matter information in order to designate a representative for specific tax matters and/or to revoke a designation for Form 1.111. This screen applies only to Harris County.
If you've entered power of attorney at the federal level, UltraTax CS defaults to the federal entries for fields identified as force fields in this screen.

General Information

Use this section to enter general information for the Harris County power of attorney. UltraTax CS transfers information from

If the agent’s name, address, and telephone number for Texas differs from the federal information, enter the state information.

Use this section to specify the agent’s authority for property tax matters and for delivery of property tax notices.
